Get your Cardoen car delivered to your door



At Cardoen we want to make life easy when buying a car, including when you cannot come to our showroom to collect your car. That’s why we give you the chance to choose between a delivery to the site of your choice or a home delivery.   

Which partner does Cardoen use to deliver your car to your door? 

For a home delivery of your new car we call on Hiflow, as leader in car delivery. A professional chauffeur drives your new car from our site to the address you supply.

When can you get your car delivered at home? 

When you buy your new car at Cardoen, you choose for yourself when you would like your home delivery. Together with our sales representative you decide on which date you would like the car to be delivered and agree a timeslot of two hours, so that you don’t have to stay at home all day. Deliveries can be done from Monday to Saturday, between 10am and 6pm.

Do you receive guidance on operating your new car when it is delivered at home?

Upon delivery, the chauffeur gives you a demonstration of the key functions on your new car. Take advantage of this opportunity to ask all your burning questions. The chauffeur is happy to help you. Of course, if you have questions later on, you can always contact your Cardoen showroom.   

What if you are dissatisfied?

Since you don’t buy a car online every day, you want to be sure that you made the right choice. That’s why Cardoen gives you 14 days to change your mind after delivering the car to you. This gives you the chance to try out your new purchase at ease, just like when you buy a camera online. Is the car actually not 100% what you expected? Don’t worry: we’ll take it back again, no problem.
