14 day return policy

Buying a new car online is an exciting thing. Of course, you don't buy a car online every day and you want to be 100% sure that you have made the right choice. That is why Cardoen offers you a 14-day reflection period after the car has been delivered to you. This way you can try out your new purchase in peace. Is the car not 100% what you expected it to be? No problem: we will take the car back without any problems. This way you can buy online at Cardoen with confidence.

When can you make use of your right to return?

For distance contracts you have the right to cancel the purchase. This means that you have completed the purchase of your car via the Cardoen website or in the showroom without the car being shown.

You can return the car within 14 days of delivery. You may have driven a maximum of 1,000 km by car and the car must be damage-free. In addition, the car must be paid in full.

This scheme applies to both new and second-hand cars that you have purchased from Cardoen.

What should you do if you want to return your car?

Are you not 100% satisfied with your purchase? Fill in the withdrawal form and mail it within 14 days after delivery of your car to [email protected] or send it by registered mail to the location where you bought the car. As soon as we have received your cancellation, one of our employees will contact you to arrange the return.

What should you bring when you return your car?

We can only refund the purchase amount if you hand in all keys and all documents when returning the car. After which we will refund you the full purchase price, the amount of the registration tax and 1/12th of the driving tax within seven working days.
