Right to rectification - Can I have my information changed/updated ?
We take the necessary steps to make sure your information is up to date, by asking you to confirm your information once a year. But you can also ask to have your data updated or corrected. In order to process an update request and avoid abuse, we will require you to prove your identity.
Right to access & data portability - Can I find out which personal information Cardoen has about me?
Under the Data Protection Act you have the right to request a copy of the personal information Cardoen holds about you and if you wish, take this information to another supplier.
